基于Pro/Engineer系统函数驱动的异形曲面建构在产品造型设计中的应用研究

摘要 Pro/Engineer作为产品设计行业,尤其是电子产品设计行业的主流三维软件,以其强大的模型建构功能和参数化驱动特性,占领了市场主导地位。在工业产品造型设计过程中,如何更加有效地运用Pro/Engineer系统进行异形曲面建构并运用参数化驱动功能进行设计变更以提高产品设计的质量和效率,是很值得探讨的问题,本文以此为切入点,通过对Pro/Engineer系统函数组合运用驱动异形曲面建构的方法进行研究,得出异形曲面建模的一般方法,以达到快速、高质量建构异形曲面的目的。 Pro/Engineer,as the mainstream three-dimensional software in product design industry,especially in electronic product design industry,occupies a dominant position in the market with its powerful model building function and parametric driving characteristics.In the process of industrial product modelling design,how to use Pro/E system more effectively to construct special-shaped surface and use parameterized driving function to make design changes to improve the quality and efficiency of product design is a problem worth discussing.This paper takes this as the breakthrough point,through the research of Pro/E system function combination using the method of driving the construction of special-shaped surface,obtains the general method of modeling special-shaped surface,in order to achieve the goal of fast and high-quality construction of special-shaped surface.
