智能双螺旋立体自行车库的设计

摘要 在倡导保护地球、低碳出行的时代背景下,共享单车行业迅速发展、城市人口密集、人均占地面积小等原因,导致了单车乱停乱放、人行道路拥堵等一系列城市问题的发生。对此,文章设计了一种智能双螺旋立体自行车库,整体机械结构装置由主、副螺旋轨道、底座支撑架、过渡轨道、车板暂存区4部分组成,主、副轨道同时运行,存、取车同时运行,缓解了智能停车库存取车缓慢的问题,充分利用纵向空间减少自行车占地面积,具有效率高、安全、免维护等特点。 Under the background of advocating the protection of the earth and low-carbon travel, the rapid development of bicycle sharing industry, dense urban population, small per capita area and other reasons have led to a series of urban problems, such as random parking of bicycles, congestion of pedestrian roads and so on. In this regard, this paper designs a kind of intelligent double-helix three-dimensional bicycle storehouse, the whole mechanical structure device is composed of three parts: main, secondary spiral track, base support frame, transition track, car board temporary storage area, the main and secondary rail running simultaneously, the access vehicle running simultaneously, which alleviates the problem of slow pick-up of intelligent parking stock, makes full use of the longitudinal space and reduces the area of bicycle, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, safety, no maintenance, and so on.
