GDI发动机排气系统性能优化分析

摘要 基于发动机模拟仿真软件GT-Power,建立四缸GDI发动机排气系统的仿真模型。通过改变排气道、排气总管、排气歧管等结构的长度、直径等参数并经软件计算,得出发动机在不同排气系统参数下的缸内压力、放热率、尾气排放以及燃油消耗率等,对比分析不同工况下排气系统的结构参数变化对GDI发动机性能的影响。结果表明:选择排气总管直径和长度分别为75、160 mm,排气歧管长度和直径分别为185、44 mm,排气道长度和直径分别为75、49 mm时,发动机的性能最佳。 Based on the engine simulation software GT-Power,the simulation model of the exhaust system of the four-cylinder GDI engine was established.The engine performance parameters such as in-cylinder pressure,heat release rate,exhaust emission,and fuel consumption rate were calculated by the software through changing the length and diameter of the exhaust channel,the exhaust main,the exhaust manifold,and so on.The influence of the structural parameters of the exhaust system on the performance of GDI engine under different working conditions were analyzed.It concludes that when exhaust main diameter and length are 75 mm and 160 mm respectively,exhaust manifold length and diameter are 185 mm and 44 mm respectively,exhaust channel length and diameter are 75 mm and 49 mm respectively,the engine performance is relatively the most suitable.
