基于单片机的外装车用雨量光照传感器装置设计 被引量:3

摘要 本设计属汽车驾驶安全控制技术领域。雨量光照传感器(RLS)是将红外雨滴传感器和光照传感器集成于一体的新一代车载智能传感器。配有RLS的车辆可以实现前雨刮和前大灯的自动控制,替代原有手动操作,提高了驾车的安全性和舒适性。该设计可以采取两种方案放置在车体上,主机厂可采用接入整车网络(BCM方案)安装,汽车后市场可采用独立系统(WLCM方案)安装,最大范围的灵活应用。目的就是减少设计组装费用,降低装车成本,满足各类车型尤其是国产自主品牌装车对于成本控制和性能稳定性的要求。 This design belongs to the field of automobile driving safety control technology. Rain light sensor(RLS) is a new generation of vehicle-mounted smart sensor integrating infrared raindrop sensor and light sensor. Vehicles equipped with RLS can realize automatic control of front wipers and headlights, replacing the original manual operation, improving driving safety and comfort. This design can be placed on the vehicle body in two ways. The host plant can be installed by accessing the Body Control Module(BCM solution). The aftermarket can be installed by an independent Wireless LAN Controller Module(WLCM solution). The purpose is to reduce design and assembly costs, reduce loading costs, and meet the cost control and performance stability requirements of various types of vehicles, especially domestically-owned brands.
