摘要
目的 探讨鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化学药物治疗非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移的效果及对患者血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法 选取邯郸市第二医院2016年1月至2018年12月收治的非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移患者92例,按入院顺序奇偶数编号,分别纳入观察组和对照组,各46例。两组患者均行GP方案(吉西他滨^+顺铂)治疗,观察组患者加用鸦胆子油乳注射液。两组均持续治疗4周期。结果 观察组有效率为82.61%,显著高于对照组的63.04%(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后的CD3^+和CD4^+水平及CD4^+/CD8^+均显著升高,CD8^+、表皮生长因子(EGFR)、鳞状上皮细胞癌抗原(SCC)、癌胚抗原(CEA)水平均显著降低,且观察组患者上述指标改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为15.22%,显著低于对照组的34.78%(P<0.05)。结论 鸦胆子油乳注射液联合化学药物治疗非小细胞肺癌淋巴结转移,能增强患者的免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物水平和不良反应发生率。
Objective To investigate the application of Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its effect on the serum tumor markers.Methods Ninety-two patients with lymph node metastasis from non-small cell lung cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to parity number in admission order,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gemcitabine^+cisplatin(GP)chemotherapy alone,while the observation group was added with Brucea javanica oil emulsion combined with the chemotherapy.Both groups were treated for 4 cycles.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 82.61%,which was significantly higher than 63.04%of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of CD3^+,CD4^+cells and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+were significantly increased,and the levels of CD8^+,epidermal growth factor(EGFR),squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCC)and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in the two groups were significantly reduced,and the improvements of the above indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.22%,which was significantly lower than34.78%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Brucea javanica oil emulsion injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lymph node metastasis of non-small cell lung cancer has a good effect,which can improve the immunity of patients,reduce the levels of EGFR,SCC,CEA and the incidence of adverse reactions.
