摘要
探讨产地不同初加工方法对黔产何首乌品质成分和加工效率两方面的影响,为何首乌基地加工方法的优选提供依据。采用恒温烘干(40、50、60、70、80、90、100℃)和变温烘干(40-60-80℃、40-70-100℃、50-60-70℃、50-70-90℃、60-70-80℃、60-80-100℃、70-80-90℃和80-90-100℃)共15种温控干燥方式加工何首乌,对加工品的水分、总灰分、二苯乙烯苷含量、结合蒽醌含量等品质成分指标和加工时间、折干率等效率指标分别进行测定。结果表明,综合考虑品质成分和加工效率两方面的因素,50-60-70℃温控干燥方式的综合关联度最高,达到了0.8129,总体上采用分段变温的方法优于采用恒温烘干的方法。
This study provided a theoretical basis for the optimization of processing methods for Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.which grown in Guizhou Province and investigated the effect of different processing methods on the quality and processing efficiency.Total of 15 kinds of processing methods were tested,which included the constant temperature drying group(40,50,60,70,80,90,100℃)and the variable temperature drying group(40-60-80℃,40-70-100℃,60-70-80℃,60-80-100℃,70-80-90℃,80-90-100℃,50-60-70℃,50-70-90℃).The indicators such as moisture,total ash,stilbene glucoside,combined anthraquinone,processing time and drying rate were analyzed.The results showed that,the 50-60-70℃variable temperature drying group had the highest comprehensive correlation degree with the value high up to 0.8129.In summary,the effect of variable temperature drying group was better than one of the constant temperature drying group in general.
