虚拟学术社区知识交流与知识共享探究——基于整合S-O-R模型与MOA理论 被引量:40

Research on the Mechanisms of Virtual Academic Community Knowledge Exchange and Sharing——Based on Integrated S-O-R Model and MOA Theory

摘要 虚拟学术社区作为众多科研工作者和专业人士的精神家园,承载着科研活动背景下的知识交流与知识共享行为,以科研用户真实的心理和行为变化的动态过程为研究对象,以S-O-R模型和MOA理论为框架构建研究模型,采用问卷调查法,收集了266份虚拟学术社区的用户数据,通过SPSS20.0分析了问卷的合理性,利用AMOS21.0构建结构方程模型,并对研究模型进行拟合修正、假设验证。探究了虚拟学术社区知识交流与知识共享不是简单被动的刺激--反应过程,而是由外部刺激引起机体感知变化后,再做出行为反应的动态过程,并且分析得到了主要影响因素路径。最后,对虚拟学术社区在机制建设方面提供了可行的建议。 As the spiritual home of many researchers and professionals,virtual academic community carries the knowledge exchange and knowledge sharing behavior under the background of scientific research activities.Taking the dynamic process of the real psychology and behavior change of scientific research users as the research object,the paper explores the influencing factors of knowledge exchange and sharing behavior of virtual academic community.Based on the framework of S-O-R model and MOA theory,the research model is constructed.266 user data of virtual academic community are collected by questionnaire survey.The rationality of the questionnaire is analyzed by SPSS 20.0.The structural equation model is constructed by AMOS 21.0,and the research model is modified by fitting and hypothesis verification.This paper finds that knowledge exchange and knowledge sharing in virtual academic community are not a simple passive stimulus response process,but a dynamic process in which the external stimulus causes the perception change of the body,and then makes a behavioral response,and analyzes the path of the main influencing factors.Finally,it provides feasible suggestions for the mechanism construction of virtual academic community.
