摘要
针对大口径舰炮抽壳性能的影响因素展开研究,通过理论分析和有限元仿真,对比在不同膛压上升速率(膛压升速)下药筒贴膛的时间差异,分析了不同工作温度下发射卸载后药筒与身管接触面残余正压力的分布情况。研究贴膛时间与残余正压力分布对于舰炮抽壳性能的影响,提出在设计中应恰当选择药筒点火药的加载曲线,确保药筒口部能够在火药燃气出筒之前及时贴膛,保证舰炮顺利抽壳。
The research is mainly concentrated on the influence factors of Heavy Caliber Naval Gun extraction characteristics.With theory analysis and finite element simulation,there are the comparison of bore nestling time under different gun pressure raising speed.Moreover,the remain positive pressures between gun and cartridge under varied launch temperatures are analyzed.It is researched which the bore nestling time and remain positive pressures affect the naval gun extraction capability.In the future cartridge design,in order to make the extraction successfully,the ignition powder load curve should be highly paid attention to,and the cartridge should nestle the bore before powder gas overflow.
