摘要
高校食堂满意度是影响学生的身体健康以及学校乃至社会稳定的重要因素。为了研究学生对高校食堂的满意度,通过抽样调查法获取数据,了解当前民族地区高校食堂工作基本现状,并利用多元统计分析法建立食堂满意度数学模型,筛选出影响满意度的主要因子,进而确定学生对食堂整体满意度以及存在的问题,为后勤管理部门提出如何改进食堂工作的相关建议和措施。
The satisfaction of college canteen is an important factor affecting students'physical health and school social stability.Sample survey methods are used to obtain data to study students’satisfaction with college canteens and understand the current situation of college canteens.And the multivariate statistical analysis method is used to establish a mathematical model of canteen satisfaction system.The main factors affecting satisfaction are selected as well as the students'overall satisfaction with the canteen and the existing problems for the logistics management department are determined giving suggestions and measures on improving the work of the canteen.
