222烘烤工艺对K326中上部叶烤后品质的影响 被引量:9

摘要 为提高邵阳烟区K326中上部叶的烤后质量提供技术支撑,以三段式烘烤工艺为对照,采用对比分析研究二慢、二低和二长的烘烤工艺(222烘烤工艺)对K326中上部叶烤后品质的影响。结果表明:222烘烤工艺整体烘烤成本较对照低,中部叶成本降低0.04元/kg,上部叶成本降低0.05元/kg;222烘烤工艺烤后烟叶经济性状整体较对照提高,中、上部叶上等烟比例分别提高2.89百分点和4.96百分点,均价分别提高1.87元/kg和1.17元/kg;总糖、还原糖、淀粉、烟碱、钾及钾氯比等各项成分均接近适宜值,内在化学成分更协调;颜色、组织结构、油份和色度等外观质量相对较好;评吸档次提高,香气质和香气量得到改善。222烘烤工艺对K326中上部叶的烘烤效果明显优于三段式烘烤工艺,可在邵阳地区推广应用。 The effect of 222 curing technology(yellowing at high temperature with medium humidity,withering at stable temperature with low humidity and fixation at low temperature with low humidity)on quality of cured middle and upper leaves from K326 tobacco variety is comaratively analyzed by taking three-stage curing technology as CK to provide the technological support for quality improvement of cured middle and upper leaves from K326 flue-cured tobacco variety in Shaoyang tobacco-growing area.Result:The curing cost of middle and upper leaves treated by 222 curing technology decreases by 0.04 Yuan/kg and 0.05 Yuan/kg compared with CK respectively.The first-class tobacco proportion of middle and upper leaves cured by 222 curing technology is 2.89%and 4.96%higher than CK separately.The average price of middle and upper leaves cured by 222 curing technology increases by 1.87 Yuan/kg and 1.17 Yuan/kg compared with CK respectively.The components of total sugar,reducing sugar,starch,nicotine,potassium and potassium-chlorine ratio of middle and upper leaves cured by 222 curing technology are close to appropriate values and the intrinsic chemical composition is more harmony.The appearance quality indexes(color,organization structure,oil content and chromaticity)of middle and upper leaves cured by 222 curing technology performance relatively good.The smoking quality,aroma quality and aroma volume of middle and upper leaves cured by 222 curing technology are improved.In conclusion,the 222 curing technology with better curing effect should be popularized in Shaoyang tobacco-growing area.
