摘要
特大型超高层综合体项目工程具有体型巨大、工期紧张、参建方多、建设环节复杂、成本控制难、品质要求高等建设难点。介绍了基于建筑信息模型(BIM)的特大型超高层综合体项目的解决方案,可以实现特大型超高层综合体项目中的全方位控制,有效解决建设难点。
The ultra-large and super high-rise complex building has the construction difficulties of large scale,tight construction period,many parties,complex construction links,difficulty cost control,and high quality requirements.The solution of ultra-large and super high-rise complex project based on building information modeling(BIM) was introduced.It can realize the comprehensive control,and effectively solve the difficulties in ultra-large and super high-rise complex projects.
