干煤粉加压输送工序锁斗充压系统分析及优化 被引量:2

摘要 随着国内干粉煤气化装置的规模越来越大,煤粉加压输送工序的锁斗充压系统存在充压时间过长、充压气体管线被煤粉污染等问题,直接影响系统运行的稳定性及能力。介绍了斗充压系统的工艺流程,分析了其主要问题发生的原因,并针对问题提出了相应的优化方案。 With the growing scale in the domestic dry powder coal gasification unit,there are issues with the pressurization system for the lock hopper in the pressurized coal powder conveying section,such as prolonged pressurization duration,and contamination of the pressurizing gas line by the coal powder,which poses a direct impact on the stability and performance of the system.The process flow of the lock hopper pressurization system is outlined,an analysis of the root cause for the major issues is provided,and relevant optimization schemes for these issues are proposed.
