摘要
文章通过对"华龙一号"5号机组核岛重轻轨的支承埋件的数据超差分析,并结合现场实际发生的案例,从设计和安装角度两个方面入手,分析了支承埋件超差的产生原因,针对支承埋件的设计和安装工艺两方面进行分析,从中总结经验,在6号机组进行了设计优化及风险控制且取得了良好的效果。
Through the data out-of-tolerance analysis of the supporting buried parts for the heavy and light rails of HPR1000 nuclear island,and combined with the actual cases on site,this paper analyzes the cause for data out-of-tolerance of the supporting buried parts,starting from the two aspects of design and installation,and the experience is summarized.The design optimization and risk control of Fuqing 6 are carried out and good results are obtained.
