微生物矿物源土壤修复剂配施效果的研究 被引量:3

摘要 以白刺为试验对象,考察了白云鄂博富钾板岩发酵产物与胶质芽孢杆菌复合制备出的微生物矿物源土壤修复剂性能及其二者施用量的最优配比。结果表明,通过对不同配比处理下种植的白刺生物学性状及土壤理化性质的分析,发现两种原料添加的最优配比为土壤与固体发酵产物添加比30∶1,菌液添加量为2.5L/m^2。此配比下白刺的发芽率、茎长和干鲜重指标达到空白处理的2.40、4.35、12.35倍,土壤的含水率、有机质、有效磷和速效钾含量分别提高了10.36、1.30、5.54、1.10倍,均达到显著水平(p<0.05)。加入胶质芽孢杆菌菌液后土壤中的稀土元素总量降低了74.88mg/kg。可以合理有效地利用白云鄂博富钾板岩,对尾矿库周边环境治理和污染土壤的修复改良具有重要意义。 With nitraria as the test object,the properties of the microbial mineral-derived soil remediation agent prepared by the combination of the potassium-rich slates and bacillus colloid from Baiyun Obo and the optimal ratio of the two application rates were studied.The results showed that the optimal ratio of the two raw materials added was soil to solid fermentation product 30∶1,and the amount of bacterial liquid was 2.5 L/m2 through the analysis of the biological properties and soil physical-chemical properties of nitraria under different ratios.Under this ratio,the germination rate,stem length,and dry-fresh weight of nitraria reached 2.40,4.35,and 12.35 times of the blank treatment.The content of soil moisture,organic matter,available phosphorus,and available potassium content increased by 10.36,1.30,5.54,and 1.10 times,respectively,all reached a significant level(p<0.05).The total amount of rare earth elements in the soil decreased by 74.88 mg/kg after the addition of bacillus colloid solution.The soil remediation agent can reasonably and effectively utilize the potassium-rich slates in Baiyun Obo,and has great significance to the surrounding environmental treatment of the tailings ponds and the remediation and improvement of the contaminated soil.
