摘要
以钛酸丁酯为前驱体,活性炭纤维(ACF)为载体,采用溶胶凝胶-超声辅助-浸渍提拉的方法制备活性炭纤维负载二氧化钛光催化复合材料(TiO2/ACF)。利用SEM和XRD对材料的表面形貌及晶型结构进行表征,并研究了制备工艺对其光催化降解乙烯性能的影响。结果表明,TiO2以点块状形式成功负载于ACF,对ACF的吸附性能影响较小;所制得的TiO2晶型为锐钛矿型,负载工艺对TiO2的晶型结构几乎没有影响;当pH为2.5、加水量为2.5 m L、煅烧温度为350℃、超声分散时间为30min时,ACF浸渍提拉3次制得的TiO2/ACF光催化性能最优,经过2 h的反应后降解乙烯的效率为71.62%。
Using butyl titanate as titanium source and activated carbon fiber as carrier,titanium dioxide/activated carbon fiber(TiO2/ACF)composite is prepared by the sol-gel-dipping pulling method with the assistance of ultrasound.The surface morphology and crystal structure of the samples are analyzed by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and Xray diffraction(XRD).Furthermore,the effects of p H,addition amount of water,calcination temperature,ultrasonic time and cycle of dipping pulling on the samples’photo-catalytic properties in degradation of ethylene are studied.SEM and XRD results show that TiO2 is of anatase crystalline phase and has been successfully supported onto activated carbon fiber in a point or block form,which has little effect on the adsorption property of ACF.The loading process has hardly affected the crystal structure of TiO2.The best photo-catalytic performance is obtained by TiO2/ACF composite that is prepared by dipping and pulling the ACF into the TiO2 suspension for three times when the p H value is 2.5,the addition amount of water is 2.5 m L,the calcination temperature is at 350℃,and the ultrasonic time is 30 min.Over the best composite,the degradation efficiency of ethylene can reach 71.62%after two hours of reaction.
