摘要
将海绵城市技术理论应用在城市道桥排水工程设计中,能够有效缓解城市道路滞水和降低雨水径流污染。城市立交桥智能交通改造是结合节点远期各个方向的交通预测流量采用软件模拟需要增加的车道数和转换匝道的方向,协同道路全线交通信号采用自适应控制模式通过动态交通流量与环境变化实时调整,可使交通组织控制效果达到最优,并建立人车分离的"空中走廊"与之匹配,最终形成完整的立交改造方案;与此同时气候变化致使暴雨频率和强度发生改变,立交改造等城镇化建设的加快升级和范围扩大,加剧了暴雨对城市及其基础设施的威胁,应用海绵城市理念优先考虑城市立交利用自然渗透和排放,建立计算净化和积存雨水系统模式,建设立交桥雨水处理及回收一体化地下工程。
The application of sponge city technology theory to the drainage engineering design of urban roads and bridges can effectively alleviate the water stagnation of urban roads and reduce the runoff pollution of rain water.The transformation about urban interchange of intelligent transportation is carried out by combining the traffic forecast flow in each direction of the node and the results of software simulation,which simulate the number of lanes to be added and the direction of the on-ramp to be changed.At the same time,an adopt adaptive control mode to cooperate with full-line traffic signals.Through the real-time adjustment of dynamic traffic flow and environmental changes,the traffic organization control effect can be optimized,and establish an "air corridor"where people and vehicles are separated,and finally form a complete interchange renovation plan.
