摘要
农业与旅游产业融合发展是乡村振兴的重要路径。本文构建了新疆生产建设兵团农业与旅游产业融合发展的评价指标体系,综合运用熵权法和耦合协调度模型对农业与旅游产业融合水平进行评价,并实证研究了农业与旅游产业融合对农业绩效的影响。研究表明,1991-2016年兵团两大产业耦合协调程度逐年提高,由失调发展转变为过渡发展,然后转变到协调发展,到2016年,已处于“优质协调发展农业旅游业同步”阶段;产业融合水平提高对兵团农业总产值、连队居民人均收入都存在显著的正向作用。最后,从乡村基础设施建设、乡村旅游产品体系开发、人才队伍建设、外部环境保障等方面提出了促进兵团农旅深度融合发展的政策建议。
The integrated development of agriculture and tourism industry is an important path for rural vitalization.This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the integrated development of agriculture and tourism industry,comprehensively using entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model to evaluate the two industrial integration levels of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(XPCC),and empirically studies the impact of agriculture and tourism industry integration on the agricultural performance.The research shows that the coupling and coordination degree of the two major industries increased year by year in 1991-2016,from unbalanced development to transitional development,and then to coordinated development.And the type in 2016 is superiorly balanced development with agriculture and tourism.The improvement of the level of industrial integration has a significant positive effect on the total agricultural output value and per capita income of farmers.Finally,from the rural infrastructure construction,rural tourism product system development,talent team construction,external environmental guarantee and other aspects to promote the in-depth integration of agriculture and tourism industry development policy recommendations.
