摘要
针对海口华润中心项目深基坑特点,为了节约土方开挖的工期及成本,提出了一种新型深基坑取土坡道结构形式,整体坡道采用钢结构,由桩基础、钢立柱、桁架、工字钢转换梁、贝雷等组成。在此基础上,通过调节各个构件之间的连接方式,使整体达到绿色建造、高周转、可回收的目的。通过建立模型进行整体受力分析后,优化钢坡道节点构造,达到最优的受力效果。经现场实际使用,该绿色可周转深基坑钢坡道可缩短基坑建造工期,实现了材料可周转、资源消耗节约、经济投入减少的预期效果,为后续深基坑工程提供了一种新型取土方式。
According to the characteristics of the deep foundation pit of Haikou China Resources Center project,in order to save the duration and cost of earthwork excavation,a new type of ramp structure of soil taking for deep foundation pit is proposed.The overall ramp is made of steel structure,which is composed of pile foundation,steel column,truss,I-steel transfer beam,Bailey,etc.On this basis,by adjusting the connection between the various components,the overall goal of green construction,high turnover and recyclability can be achieved.After analyzing the overall force by establishing a model,the steel ramp joint structure is optimized to achieve the optimal stress effect.Through the practical use on site,the green turnover deep foundation pit steel ramp can shorten the construction period of the foundation pit,achieve the expected effects of material turnover,resource consumption saving and economic investment reduction,and provide a new way of soil taking for the follow-up deep foundation pit engineering.
