摘要 研究表明,温度应力的产生是由于混凝土路面板的翘曲变形受到约束,而他的存在又会使面板产生脱空等现象,加速面板的损坏。文章研究水泥路面板在温度和轴载作用下的力学响应,给出了考虑固化温度梯度的正负温度梯度的计算方法,并采用三维有限元路面分析程序对水泥路面板的温度应力以及耦合应力进行分析,得到面板长宽比越大,采用线性与非线性温度梯度计算出的最大温度应力误差越大;温度应力沿板厚的变化先是随着板厚的增加逐渐减小,其减小的幅度随着板厚的增加而减小;层间接触取完全连续,温度应力值结果偏大,过于保守;路面板的铺筑时段最好选择在晚上。 The research shows that temperature stress is caused by restrain of warpage of concrete pavement,and it will make the pavement void and accelerate the damage of the pavement.The paper studies the mechanical response of cement pavement under the action of temperature and axial load,and provides the calculation method of positive and negative temperature gradients considering the built-in temperature gradient.The paper uses 3D finite element analysis program on the road to analyze the temperature stress of cement concrete pavement structure,and shows that the larger the aspect ratio is,the larger the error of the maximum temperature stress calculates by the linear and nonlinear temperature gradients is.The change of temperature stress along the thickness of the plate firstly decreases with the increase of the thickness of the plate;when the interlaminar contact is completely continuous,and the result of temperature stress is too large and conservative.The best pouring time of pavement slab is at night.
