摘要
中医手法是治疗骨伤科退行性疾病的重要手段,在临床医疗中应用广泛,疗效可观。目前针对手法治疗的干预机理研究已有许多,但其作用机理尚未得到完全阐明。本文尝试系统整理手法治疗神经根受压所致脊柱退行性疾病的相关文献,对手法在治疗此类疾病的机理研究进行了分类和论述,以期为临床工作者治疗方案的选择提供帮助,促进手法干预标准化进程。
Manipulation of traditional chinese medicine(TCM),which has been proved effective in clinical already,and has been used widely in clinical treatment as a significant method to treat orthopedics degenerative diseases.At present,plenty of researches on intervention mechanism of manipulation have been carried out,but it has not been completely elucidated.This paper attempts to sort out relevant articles about manipulation therapy of the spinal disease caused by nerve root compressed systematically and classify and expound some confirmed mechanism of these therapies,so as to help other clinical doctors when they select the treatment plan and promote the standardization process of manipulation therapy.
