摘要
利用大数据分析挖掘技术,以设备数据为基础,以标签化为手段,以设备为单位,构建多层次、多角度、立体化的变电站设备画像,实现对变电站设备的数据采集、汇总、分析和安全隐患挖掘,从而实现消缺精准管控、检修作业计划全面管控和全寿命周期管理。成果可对电网规划设计、设备运行、设备检修及退役工作给出有效的指导和建议,提升设备的全寿命周期内的质量、检修作业计划的时效与质量,提高电网的可靠性和安全性。
Using big data analysis and mining technology,on the basis of equipment data,by means of labeling,in equipment,this paper builds a multi-level,multi-angle,three-dimensional substation equipment portrait,and implement data collection,summarization,analysis and safety risk mining of the substation equipment,so as to realize accurate control of defect elimination,comprehensive control of maintenance plan and life cycle management.The results can provide effective guidance and recommendations for power grid planning and design,equipment operation,equipment maintenance and decommissioning work,improve the quality of equipment throughout the life cycle,promote the efficiency and quality of maintenance plan,and enhance the reliability and security of the grid.
