摘要
为了解绿豆籽粒颜色的遗传特性,分别构建了4种黑种皮与绿种皮绿豆正反交组合、3种绿种皮与黄种皮绿豆正反交组合、1种黑种皮绿豆与黄种皮绿豆正反交组合,观察并统计了各组合F1的籽粒颜色和F2籽粒颜色的分离表现。结果表明,绿豆籽粒颜色为细胞核遗传,由2对独立基因控制,且其中1对基因起显性上位作用。
To understand the genetic characteristics of mung bean seed color,the segregation for seed coat color was studied on F1 and F2 population from four crosses of black seed coat mung bean and green seed mung bean,three crosses of green seed coat mung beans and yellow seed coat mung bean,one cross of black seed coat mung bean and yellow seed coat mung bean.The seed color of each combination F1 generation and the segregation performance of seed colors on F2 plants were observed and counted.The results showed that the seed color of mung bean was nuclear inheritance,which was controlled by two independent genes,and one of them had a dominant epistatic effect.
