摘要
目的观察中药骨复生对早中期股骨头坏死患者的临床疗效及其对患者血脂的影响。方法106例早中期股骨头坏死患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各53例,研究组给予中药骨复生治疗,对照组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊+阿仑膦酸钠片治疗,连续服用6个月后观察各组治疗前后髋关节疼痛VAS评分、髋关节Harris评分、患者生活质量评分(SF-36量表评分)以及血脂的变化。结果2组治疗后的髋关节静息疼痛和活动时疼痛VAS评分均低于治疗前,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);研究组VAS评分降低更明显,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的髋关节Harris总评分均高于治疗前,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组Harris总评分高于对照组,组间比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后的生活质量评分(包括精神健康、精力、社会功能、一般健康状况)均高于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组生活质量高于对照组,组间比较具有明显差异(P<0.05)。2组经治疗后的血脂值均低于治疗前,治疗前后具有显著差异(P<0.05),且研究组降低更明显,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药骨复生能减轻早中期股骨头坏死患者的疼痛,改善髋关节的功能活动,提高患者的生活质量,对于患者血脂的改善也有较好的临床效果。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine Gufusheng on patients with early and middle femoral head necrosis and its effect on blood lipids.Methods A total of 106 patients with early and mid-stage femoral head necrosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,53 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine Gufusheng treatment,and the control group was treated with Xianling Gubao Capsule+alendronate sodium tablets.After 6 months,the VAS scores of hip pain,hip Harris score,patient quality of life score(SF-36 scale score)and blood lipids were observed before and after treatment.Results The VAS scores of hip rest pain and active pain after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups.The VAS score in the treatment group decreased obviously with statistic significant(P<0.05).The total Harris scores of the hips after treatment were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups.The total Harris score in the treatment group was slightly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores after treatment(including mental health,energy,social function,general health status)were higher than those before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The blood lipid levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was more obvious.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Gufusheng can alleviate the pain of patients with early and middle femoral head necrosis,improve the functional activities of the hip joint,improve the quality of life of patients,and have a good clinical effect on the improvement of
