摘要
随着90后人群成为就业市场主体,高离职率与劳动合同期限短期化现象十分突出。通过问卷调查发现影响大学毕业生初次就业劳动合同期长短的因素主要有劳动报酬、工作内容和工作地点、个人职业兴趣。在劳动力市场供求结构改变情形下,企业应当以合适的方法提高吸引、保留大学毕业生的能力。
With the post-90s population becoming the mainstay of the job market,the phenomenon of high turnover rate and short-term labor contract period has become very prominent.Through the questionnaire survey,it is found that the influencing factors affecting the length of the initial employment contract period of university graduates are the labor compensation,work content and work place,and personal career interest.In the context of changes in the supply and demand structure of the labor market,enterprises should improve their ability to attract and retain university graduates in a right way.
