摘要
目的观察亮菌口服溶液联合抗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)疗法治疗慢性胃炎的疗效及对预后的影响。方法选取2018年1月~2019年1月收治的慢性胃炎患者72例,随机分为对照组与研究组各36例。对照组采用四联抗Hp治疗,在对照组的基础上,研究组加用亮菌口服溶液联合治疗,4周为1个疗程,两组均持续治疗1个疗程。比较两组的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况,比较两组患者治疗前及治疗后炎性程度。结果研究组总有效率明显高于对照组,治疗4周后,两组患者炎性程度评分均较治疗前显著下降,且研究组明显低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生情况比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论亮菌口服溶液联合抗Hp疗法治疗慢性胃炎疗效显著,能够有效降低患者炎性程度,预后较好。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Armillariella Oral Solution combined with anti-Helicobacter pylori(Hp)therapy on chronic gastritis and its effects on prognosis.Methods Seventy-two patients with chronic gastritis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with quadruple anti-Hp therapy,and the study group was additionally given Armillariella Oral Solution on the basis of the control group,and both groups were continuously treated for 1 course with 4 weeks as a course.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the inflammatory degree before and after treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in study group was significantly higher than that in the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the inflammatory degree scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Armillariella Oral Solution combined with anti-Hp therapy has significant efficacy on chronic gastritis,and it can effectively reduce the inflammatory degree,with good prognosis.
