摘要
目的:观察快速康复外科理念护理在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取70例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各35例,其中对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采取快速康复外科理念护理。比较两组术后疼痛评分、肛门排气时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、住院时间、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组术后疼痛评分、肛门排气时间、胃肠功能恢复时间以及住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用快速康复外科理念护理可改善腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后相关指标水平,降低并发症发生率,提高患者满意度,效果优于单纯常规护理效果。
Objective:To study application effects of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:70 patients undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group adopted the ERAS nursing based on that of the control group.The postoperative pain score,anal exhaust time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,hospital stay,complication rate,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The postoperative pain score,anal exhaust time,gastrointestinal function recovery time,and hospital stay of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:For the patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,ERAS nursing based on the routine nursing can improve the levels of related postoperative indexes,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient’s satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
