摘要
目的探讨心理护理联合口腔健康教育护理对牙周炎患者的干预效果。方法选取2016年2月~2019年2月来我院就诊的80例牙周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规的护理干预,观察组应用心理护理联合口腔健康教育护理。比较两组患者的牙菌斑指数、牙周袋深度、牙龈沟出血指数、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表的评分(SAS)。结果护理后,观察组患者的牙菌斑指数、牙周袋深度和牙龈沟出血指数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合口腔健康教育护理在牙周炎患者中应用可以明显改善患者的临床症状,减少患者紧张焦虑情绪的产生,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective To explore the intervention effect of psychological nursing combined with oral health education on patients with periodontitis.Methods Eighty patients with periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2019 were enrolled as subjects in the study.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group applied psychological nursing combined with oral health education nursing.The indexes of the plaque index,periodontal pocket depth and gingival sulcus index,self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were compared.Results After nursing,the plaque index,periodontal pocket depth and gingival sulcus bleeding index of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with oral health education in patients with periodontitis can remarkably improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and reduce the occurrence of nervous and anxious emotions.It is worthy of promotion and application in clinic.
