摘要
为提高野生麻叶返魂草种子发芽率,用不同超声波条件采用正交实验处理,恒温催芽。结果表明40min、100kHz、40℃,的超声处理条件最优,发芽率可达到41%,是对照的2.16倍,可为野生麻叶返魂草的种子处理提供参考。
For the purpose of enhancing the germination rate of wild Senecio?cannabifolius seeds,the seeds of wild S.cannabifolius were gathered by orthogonal test with different ultrasound conditions.The?buds?were?thermostatically?germinated.The consequences indicated that the ultrasonic treatment conditions of 40 min,100 kHz and 40℃ were optimal,the germination rate could reach 41%,multiples of 2.16 were CK.It provides a reference for seed treatment of wild S.cannabifolius.
