摘要
目的:探讨CT检查联合应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜行鼓室成型术的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年1月-2019年7月进行鼓室成型术的患者46例作为对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=23)和观察组(n=23)。对照组给予单一耳屏软骨-软骨膜行鼓室成型术治疗,观察组给予CT检查联合应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜行鼓室成型术治疗,3个月治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组患者手术相关指标、手术前后各频率气骨导差。结果:观察组患者的手术时间以及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),且术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月后两组患者的术后各频率气骨导差均得到降低(P<0.05),观察组患者各频率气骨导差均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:CT检查联合应用耳屏软骨-软骨膜行鼓室成型术能够缩短患者的手术时间、住院时间,减少患者手术中的出血量,能够有效的恢复患者的听力,具有极高的临床应用价值,值得推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of CT combined with otolary cartilage-peritoneal tympanoplasty. Methods: Forty-six patients who underwent tympanoplasty from January 2016 to July 2019 were enrolled. The random number table was divided into control group( n = 23) and observation group( n = 23). The control group was treated with tympanoplasty of a single cephalic cartilage-cartilage membrane. The observation group was treated with CT and combined with otolary cartilage-cartilage for tympanoplasty. The effect of the patients was evaluated after 3 months of treatment. Surgery-related indicators,gas bone conductiondifferences before and after surgery. Results: After treatment in two ways,the operation time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group( P<0.05),and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group( P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment,the air-bone conduction difference of the two groups was decreased( P<0.05). The air-bone conduction difference of the observation group was lower than that of the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion: CT combined with otolary cartilage-peritoneal tympanoplasty can shorten the operation time and hospitalization time of patients,reduce the amount of bleeding during operation,and effectively restore the patient’s hearing. It has extremely high clinical application value. It is worth promoting.
