摘要
以某型轴端接地装置为例,分析绝缘盘刚度变化对轴端接地装置强度的影响,并且基于Ansys软件对轴端接地装置中绝缘盘取不同刚度值的情况进行仿真计算,考察轴端接地装置各个部件的应力随绝缘盘刚度值的变化情况,据此确定绝缘盘合适的刚度值,使得轴端接地装置各个部件及螺栓具有合理的材料利用率,以充分发挥各个部件的承载能力。
Taking a certain type of shaft end grounding device as an example,this paper analyzes the influence of rigidity change of insulating disk on bolt connection of shaft end grounding device.Based on ANSYS software,the simulation calculation of different stiffness values of insulating disc in shaft end grounding device is carried out,investigating the variation of stress of each component of the shaft end grounding device with the stiffness of the insulating disk,then proper stiffness value of insulating disc is determined.Reasonable material utilization ratio of each component and bolt of shaft end grounding device is achieved and brought the bearing capacity of each component into full play.
