摘要
目的了解住院脑卒中偏瘫患者健康信念和功能锻炼依从性的现状,并分析两者间的相关性。方法应用一般资料调查问卷、脑卒中健康信念量表、脑卒中患者功能锻炼依从性量表作为研究工具,对2017年9月6日-2018年6月10日在衡阳市3所三级甲等医院住院并符合纳入标准的350例脑卒中偏瘫患者进行调查。结果收回有效问卷322份,有效率为92.00%。住院脑卒中偏瘫患者健康信念总均分为(112.34±11.03)分,条目均分为(3.21±0.32)分,处于中等水平;功能锻炼依从性得分为(33.19±4.78)分,条目均分为(2.37±0.34)分,处于中等水平。住院脑卒中偏瘫患者健康信念与功能锻炼依从性之间存在正相关(r=0.261,P<0.01)。结论住院脑卒中偏瘫患者的健康信念与功能锻炼依从性水平均有待提高,提高患者健康信念水平可促进其功能锻炼依从性的提升。
Objective To investigate the the current status and the correlation between health belief and functional exercise compliance of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 350 stroke patients with hemiplegia who met the inclusion criteria for participation were investigated by the general demographic characteristics questionnaire, Champion’s Health Belief Model Scale and Functional Exercise Compliance Scale of stroke patients. Results A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed and 322 qualified questionnaires were returned, with an effective rate of 92.00%. The total mean score of Health Belief Scale of stroke patients with hemiplegia was(112.34±11.03), items average score was(3.21±0.32), which was at a medium level. The total mean score of the Functional Exercise Compliance Scale of stroke patients with hemiplegia was(33.19±4.78), items average score was(2.37±0.34), which was at a medium level. Stroke patients’ health belief was positively correlated to the functional exercise compliance(r=0.261, P<0.01). Conclusions The health beliefs and functional exercise compliance of hospitalized stroke patients with hemiplegia need to be improved. Improvement of functional exercise compliance is associated with enhancement of patients’ health beliefs.
