摘要
外卖小哥是新生的社会群体,具有较强的时代背景,该群体的自我职业认同、大众对外卖小哥的职业认同受到多重因素的共同影响。文中在对惠州地区大众和外卖小哥调查问卷的基础上,运用SPSS工具对各个影响因素进行相关性分析,并选择了影响相关性较高的因素作为对象进行分析研究,并从社会大众、政府、外卖平台、外卖小哥自身等维度提出提升外卖小哥群体职业认同的对策。
Delivery boys are a new social group with a strong background of the times. Their self-professional identity and public professional identity are affected by multiple factors. Based on the questionnaire of the public and delivery boys in Huizhou,this paper uses SPSS to analyze the correlation of each influencing factor,and selects the factors with higher influencing correlation as the object of analysis and research,and from the social public,the government,delivery platform,delivery boys themselves and other dimensions to improve the Delivery Boys Group professional identity countermeasures.
