摘要
快速消费品行业规模较大的制造商往往通过招投标的方式寻找和确定自己的物流运输供应商。制造商即客户会根据自己厂家的地址、货物的流向及具体的销售业务状况初步确定合适的运输路线和运输方式(比如水路运输、铁路运输或公路运输等),然后一般会通过邀请招标的方式让一些市场信誉好、规模较大的品牌货代公司投标报价从而选择合适供应商并最终满足己方的物流运输需求。基于客户的物流运输方案,货代公司只有遵循标准化的投标流程并切实把握好该流程中每一个步骤的要点,才可能提高竞标成功率并为企业带来实际的业务项目。
Large manufacturers in the FMCG industry often seek and determine their own logistics and transportation providers through bidding. The manufacturer,that is,the customer initially identifies appropriate transportation routes and transportation methods( such as water transportation,railway transportation,or road transportation,etc.) according to the address of the manufacturer and the flow direction of the goods as well as the specific sales conditions. Following which,the customer will typically invite some reputational and large-scale freight forwarding companies to bid,and by this way choose the right suppliers and finally meet its own logistics and transportation requirements. Based on customer’s logistics and transportation plan,the only way of improving the bidding success rate and bringing practical business projects to the enterprises is for the freight forwarding companies to follow the standardized bidding process and to effectively grasp the key points of each step in the whole process.
