摘要
随着流域水环境管理工作向精细化转变,水污染源清单编制工作应运而生。通过明确水污染源清单的定义、内涵和应用意义,提出基于服务对象要求的高分辨定义。水污染源清单主要是面向流域精细化水环境管理,在一个控制单元内为水质模型提供基础数据库,便于开展污染物排放量与控制断面水质的耦合分析。因此水污染源清单高分辨的空间精度是控制单元,时间精度要求能够与国、省考断面监测频率一致,即以月为单位。最后提出应基于可行的技术水平及可获得的统计数据,参考大气网格化,建立高分辨率水污染源清单,明确了工业、污水处理厂、规模化畜禽养殖场、城市面源、农村生活面源、农村种植养殖面源等六类源的计算分配方法。
As the water environment management of the river basin becomes more refined,the work of Water Pollutant Source List( WPSL) started. This article clarifies the definition,connotation and application of WPSL. Propose that high accuracy of WPSL should be defined based on the requirements. WPSL provides a base database for water quality models,couples analysis of pollutant discharge and water quality. High spatial accuracy of WPSL is the control unit. High time accuracy of WPSL is the month. At last,proposed the high spatial accuracy of WPSL based on feasible technical level,available statistics,imitating atmospheric meshing. The calculation methods of six types of sources,including industry,sewage treatment plants,large-scale farms,urban non-point sources,rural non-point sources,and rural plantation and farms sources,were specified.
