摘要
研究了甲苯不溶物对渣油热反应过程中产品分布的影响及其影响机制,研究表明,甲苯不溶物可以提高延迟焦化过程中焦炭收率。利用TG、ICP等技术进一步分析研究了甲苯不溶物的组成及其特性,研究表明甲苯不溶物促进渣油焦化过程生焦主要是因为镍卟啉、稠环芳烃、焦炭在甲苯不溶物里的富集。
In industrial production,coke yield can usually be used as an important index for evaluating the economics of delayed coking processes.The effects of toluene insolubles on the product distribution during the thermal reaction of residues are studied in-depth,and the effect mechanism is explored.The results show that toluene insolubles can increase the coke yield during delayed coking.The composition and characteristics of toluene insolubles are analyzed by TG,ICP and other technologies,indicating that toluene insolubles can promote coking in the residue coking process mainly due to the enrichment of nickel porphyrin,fused ring aromatics and coke in toluene insolubles.
