摘要 大功率电解铝生产过程中产生大量谐波,严重影响接入电力系统的电能质量。为了消除电解铝过程中产生的谐波,本文提出了一种带有谐波自消除功能的换流器。该换流器在传统12脉波整流器的基础上,增加了谐波电流重注入回路,通过控制注入电流的幅值和相位,实现谐波消除。本文首先介绍大功率整流器的拓扑结构,并对谐波的产生进行仿真;然后分析了注入电流的电平数与谐波消除效果的关系,以9电平电流注入的谐波自消除整流器为研究对象,分析了多电平电流注入式整流器谐波消除和电流过零关断的工作原理,控制方法。最后在Matlab/Simulink环境下给出9电平电流重注入换流器谐波消除仿真结果,并且验证了谐波自消除整流器在不同功率运行时的谐波含量均低于国家标准规定的4%。 A large number of harmonics are generated in the production of high-power electrolytic aluminum,which seriously affects the power quality of power system.In order to eliminate the harmonic generated in the process of aluminum electrolysis,a kind of converter with the function of harmonic self-elimination is proposed in this paper.On the basis of traditional 12-pulse rectifier,this converter adds a harmonic current reinjection loop to eliminate harmonics by controlling the amplitude and phase of the injected current.Firstly,the topology of high power rectifier is introduced,and the generation of harmonics is simulated.Then,the relationship between the level number of injected current and the effect of harmonic elimination is analyzed.Taking the 9-level current injected harmonic self-elimination rectifier as the research object,the working principle and control method of zero-crossing switch and the harmonic elimination and current of multi-level current injected rectifier are analyzed.Finally,the simulation results of harmonic elimination of 9-level current reinjection converter are given under the environment of Matlab/Simulink,and it is verified that the harmonic content of harmonic selfcancellation rectifier is lower than 4%of the national standard when operating at different power levels.
