摘要
目的讨论延续性护理对持续性(非卧床)腹膜透析患者生活质量的影响。方法本次研究选取样本数量为56例,选取人群为非卧床持续性腹膜透析患者,样本选取时间为2017年2月至2018年5月,对其治疗进行回顾性分析,将为使用延续性护理的患者设定为对照组,将出院后采用延续性护理的患者设定为实验组,每组样本数均为28例。对其生活质量进行对比和分析。结果实验组28例患者的生活质量各项评分均较高,而对照组28例患者却较低(P<0.05)。结论持续性腹膜透析在就医时,通过延续性护理进行延续治疗,效果较好,且生活质量得以明显改进。
Objective To discuss the effect of continuity nursing on the quality of life of patients with continuous(non-bed)peritoneal dialysis.Methods The number of samples selected in this study was 56.The selected population was non-bed continuous peritoneal dialysis patients.The sample selection time was from February 2017 to May 2018.The treatment was retrospectively analyzed and the patients who used continuity care were set.For the control group,The patients who were discharged from the hospital with continuous care were set to the experimental group.The number of samples in each group was 28 cases.Comparison and analysis of their quality of life.Results The quality of life of 28 patients in the experimental group was higher than that of 28 patients in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous peritoneal dialysis is effective and the quality of life can be improved obviously.
