摘要
随着经济全球化的快速发展,我国房地产企业开始增强对工程管理的重视,让工程管理在房地产行业发挥作用,以有效地促进房地产的开发和工程质量的保障。论文旨在对房地产工程管理的途径进行深入探究,为后来的房地产企业建设提供参考。
With the rapid development of economic globalization,Chinese real estate enterprises begin to pay more attention to project management,let project management play a role in the real estate industry,in order to effectively promote the development of real estate and ensure the quality of projects.This paper aims to make an in-depth study of the approaches of real estate project management and provide references for the construction of real estate enterprises.
