摘要
政府对工程变更增加项目是否需要招投标具有相关规定,须从政策上和专业上进行综合考量判断。论文以某项目作背景材料,对其排水工程变更与道路主体工程进行不可分割发包论证分析,以供参考。
The government has relevant regulations on whether engineering change increasing projects need to be invited for bidding,which should be judged by comprehensive consideration from the policy and profession.This paper takes a project as the background material,and makes an analysis on the inseparable contract between the drainage project change and the main road project,for reference.
