摘要 结合中国(绵阳)科技城游仙军民融合产业园道路工程,设计EFS纯土固化配合比方案(纯土+8%水泥+0. 020%EFS土体稳定剂),对试件进行3,7d无侧限抗压强度、水稳定性、4h凝结时间影响系数试验研究,现场取样后进行7,28d无侧限抗压强度试验,将现场测试与实验室数据进行对比,分析EFS固化配合比方案的实际应用效果。试验结果表明,纯土固化试件抗压强度随着时间的增长而增强,存在早强现象,EFS固化试件逐渐均匀、密实,抵抗外部损坏的能力增强;EFS固化配合比可应用于道路路基下基层中。 Combined with China( Mianyang) Science and Technology City Youxian Integration Industrial Park road project,this paper designs a scheme of plain soil + 8% cement + 0. 020% EFS soil stabilizer.This paper conducts an experimental study on the influence of there days and seven days unconfined compressive strength,water stability coefficient and four hours setting time. This paper takes samples on site and conducts unconfined pressure tests on seven days and twenty-eight days. At the same time,field tests are compared with laboratory data to analyze the practical application effect of the EFS solidified ratio scheme. The test results show that the strength value increases with time,and the strength develops rapidly in the early stage. The EFS solidified specimens gradually become uniform and compact,increasing their resistance to external damage. The solidified ratio is suitable for municipal road branch road base course.
