摘要
针对新一代运载火箭大型超长贮箱氦质谱泄漏检测的需要,本文提出了立式检漏的工艺方法。针对立式检漏中可能存在的由于高度差及重力因素产生的气体分层问题,本文从理论分析和模拟试验验证两个方面分别开展了深入研究。通过理论和试验的对比表明,大型超长贮箱立式检漏时不会产生明显的氦气分层,由分层造成的漏率测量误差可忽略不计,立式泄漏检测技术具备工程应用的可行性。
To meet with the requirement of helium mass spectrometric leak detection for large-scale overlength tanks of the next generation launch vehicle,a new leak test method with the tank in vertical status is proposed in this paper.Theoretic analysis and simulation tests are both used to study the air stratification caused by the gravity along the vertical direction.The results show that there is no significant helium stratification when the leak detection is performed with the large-scale overlength tanks in the vertical status and the error caused by the stratification is negligible,which confirm the engineering feasibility of the leak detection with overlength tanks in vertical status.
