摘要 教学团队建设一直以来都是高校在教育教学工作开展期间极为关心的一件事情,其能够有效地提升学校的综合竞争实力,促进学校的发展建设,学生在此过程中将会享受到更好的学习资源,而且教学团队的建设对于教与学的开放互动也有一定的促进作用。作者将以学院药品质量与安全专业为例,分析在该专业教学团队信息化建设,以促进教学的长远发展。 The construction of teaching teams has always been in the education teaching in colleges and universities during the work is extremely concerned about one thing,it can effectively promote the school's comprehensive competition strength,promote the construction of the development of the school,the students will enjoy in the process to better learning resources,and the construction of the teaching team for the open teaching and learning interaction also has a certain role in promoting.In this paper,the author will take the pharmaceutical major as an example to analyze the goal of realizing the informationization construction of efficient teaching team in this major,so as to promote the long-term development of teaching.
