摘要
目的 分析成人大型颌骨囊肿患者采取开窗减压术联合刮除术治疗的方法及效果。方法 抽取2016年6月至2018年6月医院治疗的56例成人大型颌骨囊肿患者,将其分为对照组与观察组,每组28例。对照组采取刮除术治疗;观察组采取开窗减压术治疗,术后根据其情况安排Ⅱ期刮除术治疗。结果 与对照组患者对比,观察组患者的出血量更少,手术时间更短,VAS评分更低,囊腔体积缩小率及骨质增生厚度更高,囊肿愈合时间更短,并发症率及复发率更低(P<0.05)。结论 对成人大型颌骨囊肿患者采取开窗减压术联合Ⅱ期刮除术治疗效果较好,有利于囊肿腔愈合,降低其并发症率及复发率。
Objective To analyze the procedure and effects of fenestration decompression combined with curettage for adult patients with large jaw cyst.Methods A total of 56 adult maxillary cysts treated from June 2016 to June 2018 in hospital were selected,and divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with curettage;and patients in the observation group were treated with fenestration decompression.The stage II curettage was arranged according to the condition.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had less bleeding,shorter operation time,lower visual analogue scale score,higher cystic volume reduction and bone hyperplasia thickness,shorter cyst healing time,lower complication rate and the recurrence rate(P<0.05).Conclusions The treatment of adult large jaw cysts with fenestration decompression+stage II curettage can achieve better therapeutic effects,which is beneficial to the healing of cystic cavity and reducing the complication rate and recurrence rate.
