创新网络中组织异质性、互动强度与合作创新绩效的关系 被引量:10

Relationship Among Organizational Heterogeneity, Interaction Intensity and Cooperative Innovation Performance

摘要 本文从组织异质性不同维度的角度出发,探讨了创新网络中互动强度对组织异质性与合作创新绩效关系的调节效应。基于278家合作创新的企业调查数据,利用多元回归分析进行变量间的关系检验。结果表明,目标异质性和文化异质性对合作创新绩效具有负向效应,管理自主权异质性对合作创新绩效的作用不明显。互动频率对目标异质性与合作创新绩效关系具有显著负向调节作用,互动质量对目标异质性与合作创新绩效关系具有显著负向调节作用。基于实证研究结果,提出了管理和实践方面的启示。 This study explores the moderating effect of interaction intensity on the relationship between organizational heterogeneity and cooperative innovation performance from the perspective of different dimensions of organizational heterogeneity.Based on the survey data of 278 companies involved in cooperative innovation,we used multiple regression analysis method to test the relationship between variables.The results show that target heterogeneity and cultural heterogeneity have negative effect on cooperative innovation performance,and the effect of management autonomy heterogeneity on cooperative innovation performance is not significant.In addition,the frequency of interaction has a moderating effect on the relationship between target heterogeneity and cooperative innovation performance,the quality of interaction has a moderating effect on the relationship between target heterogeneity and cooperative innovation performance.Based on the results of empirical research,the implications of management and practice are presented.
