摘要
基于对“热结”内涵与应用的全面梳理,认为热结是热邪与痰饮、瘀血等有形之物相结聚的病理变化,其中热邪与有形之物是热结发生的必要条件,二者缺一不可。热结常多发生于形态中空的脏器,亦可见于皮肤、筋膜、肌腠等部位而成痈疮之变,常见病症如腑病、皮肤病、妇科病证。热结的治疗以清热散结为主,具体根据食积、死血、痰等有形之物的不同,分别采用通腑泄热、凉血活血、清热化痰、清热解毒等治法遣方用药。
Based on the comprehensive combing of the connotation and application of“heat retention”,it is believed that heat retention is a pathological change of heat evil and tangible things such as phlegm fluid and blood stasis.Among them,heat evil and tangible are the necessary conditions for heat retention.Both are indispensable.Heat retention often occurs in hollow organs,and can also be found in skin,fascia,tendons and other parts of the acne,common diseases such as rickets,skin diseases,gynecological diseases.The treatment of heat retention is mainly based on clearing heat and dispersing.According to the difference of tangible things such as food,dead blood and phlegm,it is treated with clearing the hollow viscera and venting heat,cooling blood and promoting blood circulation,clearing away heat and removing phlegm,clearing away heat and detoxifying.
