摘要
目的探讨CT能谱成像在早期肺癌与炎性结节鉴别诊断中的价值。方法将2016年5月—2019年7月期间在医院经临床病理确诊的45例肺结节患者纳入本研究,其中早期肺癌患者35例、炎性病变患者10例,对所有患者实施能谱CT成像扫描,然后使用GSI Viewer处理软件对图像数据进行处理与分析,获取不同keV下单能量图像与碘-水基物质图像。对碘显示与分布状态进行观察,然后描绘与分析能谱曲线。结果散点图显示:肺癌病灶中央位置碘沉积量较外周明显更多,感染性病灶碘沉积量较大且较为均匀;早期肺癌结节碘含量斜率K值明显高于炎性结节患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CT能谱成像可有效鉴别早期肺癌和炎性结节,临床诊断价值较高。
Objective To explore the value of CT energy spectrum imaging in differential diagnosis of early stage lung cancer and inflammatory nodules.Methods 45 patients with pulmonary nodules confirmed by clinical pathology in our hospital from May 2016 to July 2019 were included in the study.Among them,35 patients with early lung cancer and 10 patients with inflammatory lesions were enrolled in all patients with energy spectrum CT imaging.Then the GSI Viewer processing software was used to process and analyze the image data to obtain single energy images and iodinewater based on different keV.Material image.Observe the iodine display and distribution,then plot and analyze the energy spectrum.Results The scatter plot shows that the iodine deposition in the central location of lung cancer lesions is significantly more than that in the periphery,and the iodine deposition of infectious lesions is larger and more uniform;the slope K value of iodine content in early lung cancer is significantly higher than that of inflammatory nodules.Statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion CT SPECT imaging can effectively identify early stage lung cancer and inflammatory nodules,and has a high clinical diagnostic value.
