摘要
目的研究低剂量高分辨CT在图像效果及肺部病变的诊断的应用与常规剂量CT比较是否存在差异,确定低剂量高分辨CT在肺部病变的应用价值。方法对在本院就诊的140名肺部疾病患者分别进行常规剂量CT扫描和低剂量高分辨CT扫描,并对其图像效果进行主观和客观评分,对肺部疾病定性诊断进行统计分析。结果与常规剂量组的高分辨CT图像比较,低剂量在主观评分和客观评分的噪声中存在显著差异,在客观评分的CT值和疾病的定性诊断方面不存在显著差异。结论低剂量高分辨CT在肺部病变中的作用效果与常规剂量CT基本一致,但辐射剂量较低,有着较好的应用价值。
Objective To investigate the difference between low-dose highresolution CT in image effect and diagnosis of pulmonary lesions and conventional CT,and to determine the application value of low-dose highresolution CT in pulmonary lesions.Methods 140 patients with pulmonary diseases were treated with conventional CT scan and low-dose highresolution CT scan in our hospital,and their image effects were scored subjectively and objectively.Qualitative diagnosis of pulmonary diseases was statistically analyzed.Results Compared with the high-resolution CT images of the conventional dose group,there was a significant difference between the noise of the subjective score and the objective score in the lowdose group,and there was no significant difference in the CT value of the objective score and the qualitative diagnosis of the disease.Conclusion The effect of low-dose high-resolution CT in pulmonary lesions is basically the same as that of conventional CT,but the radiation dose is lower,so it has better application value.
