摘要
"适应性再利用"是工业遗产建筑在当今时代较适宜的存续方式,它是指在保留建筑历史文化特色的同时加入新的符合社会发展要求的内容。文章以滑县西纸厂再生改造项目一期为契机,探讨了把餐饮类作为置换后功能的旧工业厂房内部空间重塑的方式和策略,为此类型旧工业厂房的改造和再利用提供一些思考。
"Adaptive reuse"is an appropriate way for the survival of industrial heritage buildings in today.It refers to adding new contents that meet the requirements of social development while retaining the historical and cultural characteristics of buildings.Taking the first phase of the regeneration and reconstruction project of Hua Xian’s West Paper factory as an opportunity,this paper discusses the ways and strategies of reconstructing the internal space of the old industrial factory with catering as the function after reconstruction,so as to provide some thoughts on the reconstruction and reuse of the old industrial factory.
