摘要
教育的信息化在改善学习环境的同时,也给学生带来了挑战。本研究显示,学生自身性格、心理缺陷和学习能力的不足,以及面对新信息技术环境的不适应,还有学校层面预警机制的不完善以及教师、家长和社会各方面监管的不到位,都可能导致学习危机。建议通过建立学习危机干预体系,从健全学习预警规章制度、成立专职管理队伍、构建信息化管理平台、完善帮扶智库和加强学校家长间的沟通五个方面进行干预转化,来提高教育教学质量。
The informationization of education not only improves the learning environment,but also brings challenges to students.This study shows that students' personality,psychological defects and learning ability,the maladjustment in the face of the new information technology environment,as well as the imperfection of the early warning mechanism at the school level and the inadequate supervision of teachers,parents and all aspects of society may lead to learning crisis.Through the establishment of learning crisis intervention system,the quality of education and teaching can be improved by improving the rules and regulations of early warning,establishing full-time management team,building information management platform,improving the think tank and strengthening home-school communication.
