摘要
目的对比面肌痉挛(Hemifacial Spasm,HFS)应用常规显微血管减压术(Microvascular decompression,MVD)以及全程MVD治疗的价值。方法选取2016年9月-2018年9月中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第九九〇医院80例HFS患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=40)与对照组(n=40)。对照组予以常规MVD治疗,观察组为全程MVD治疗。比较两组面神经功能、并发症及生活质量。结果术后,观察组面神经功能改善效果高于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生情况相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针对HFS患者,予以全程MVD治疗与常规MVD安全性相近,但全程MVD治疗对面神经功能与患者生活质量的改善效果更佳。
Objective To compare the value of microvascular decompression(MVD) and whole course MVD in the treatment of hemifacial spasm(HFS). Methods 80 HFS patients in the hospital from September, 2016 to September, 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=40) and control group(n=40). The control group were treated with conventional MVD, and the observation group were treated with whole course MVD. The facial nerve function, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After operation, the effect of facial nerve function improvement in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of complications(P>0.05).Conclusion For HFS patients, the safety of MVD is similar to that of conventional MVD, but the effect of whole course MVD on facial nerve function and quality of life is better.
